What is the expected turnaround time for receiving the first box?

You’ll receive your MedBox within a few days of signing up. Your prescriptions will arrive separately at a later date. The exact timing can vary based on:

  • When your last refill was
  • Your prescriber’s response time
  • How quickly your previous pharmacy releases your prescriptions

To help speed things up, we recommend contacting your previous pharmacy and asking them to send your prescriptions to AmeriPharma MedBox.
