Tambi\u00e9n suele favorecer el sue\u00f1o y la relajaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed que, mientras se preparan las comidas para el cuidador, no hay que olvidar prestar atenci\u00f3n a la propia dieta.
